(trailer review) - Superintelligence

I can't say I've seen much Melissa McCathy's movies at all but I can say I saw The Hangover III, Ghostbusters and Spy.  I didn't see Spy in the cinema, hence no review here, but I've got to say, I loved it.  Her and Jason Statham together was great.  If i remember correctly, he was a little over-the-top, but it worked well for his character.  This, looks like it could be in the same vain.  I cannot say I laughed out loud from this trailer at all, but i loved the beanbag chair moment.  It felt authentic, it felt real and how many times have you tired to do something like that and it takes you a few tries before you can successfully achieve what you set out to do.

Seeing Brian Tyree Henry is always a good shout.  Considering I've only ever known him as Paper Boi from the Atlanta show and a few other shows and movies, but his facial reactions and comedic timing is also great so it would be nice to see him bounce off of Melissa.  I don't know who Sam Richardson is, but he looks A LOT like David Oyelowo, I kept thinking, "damn...David has put on weight again. I wonder what the role is?"  Hopefully though, this film turns out to be good.

Directed by Ben Falcone and starring Melissa McCarthy, Bobby Cannavale, Brian Tyree Henry, James Corden.
